Candra Brown is a multifaceted entrepreneur, award-winning real estate leader, and trailblazing builder reshaping the landscape of construction and development. As the first Black woman in the United States to solely found and lead a construction and development firm as a builder, developer, contractor, and licensed realtor, Candra embodies innovation, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Candra earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. She began her professional journey as a science teacher and volleyball coach in the Houston Independent School District, where she led her team to an undefeated season and district championship in Pearland ISD, earning recognition as an award-winning coach.

Driven by a passion for real estate and community development, Candra transitioned into the real estate industry full-time. She holds multiple prestigious designations, including:
